Cagri-Reta refers to the combination of Cagrilintide (a long-acting amylin analogue) and Retatrutide (triple GLP-1/GIP/GcgR agonist). Cagrilintide acts on amylin receptors in the hypothalamus to reduce appetite via a complementary and additive mechanism to GLP-1 agonism. Clinical data from the REDEFINE trials has shown this combination achieving the highest weight reduction results in any published obesity pharmacotherapy study. Supplied as a research vial for preclinical investigation.
