CJC-1295 (No DAC) / Ipamorelin is a research blend combining two complementary growth hormone secretagogues: CJC-1295 without Drug Affinity Complex (a GHRH analogue) and Ipamorelin (a selective GHRP). CJC-1295 No DAC mimics endogenous GHRH with a shorter half-life than the DAC version, preserving pulsatile GH release. Ipamorelin is a selective, pentapeptide GHRP with minimal effect on cortisol or prolactin compared to older GHRPs. The combination is widely used in GH axis research protocols.
