Step-by-Step Reconstitution Protocol
Gather your equipment
You will need: one vial of Glow 70mg (lyophilised), bacteriostatic water (BAC water), a sterile syringe and needle, an alcohol swab, and a clean work surface. Ensure all equipment is sterile.
Calculate your target concentration
The standard reconstitution for Glow 70mg is to add 5.0 mL of bacteriostatic water, yielding a concentration of 14000 mcg/mL. Use our peptide calculator to adjust for different doses.
Clean the vial stopper
Wipe the rubber stopper of the Glow vial with an alcohol swab. Allow to air-dry for 10–15 seconds before inserting the needle.
Draw and inject the bacteriostatic water
Draw 5.0 mL of bacteriostatic water into the syringe. Insert the needle into the Glow vial and inject the BAC water slowly against the inner glass wall — do not inject directly onto the lyophilised powder. This prevents foaming and peptide degradation.
Dissolve the peptide
Gently swirl the vial until the lyophilised powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake or vortex. Glow should dissolve within 30–60 seconds. The solution should be clear — if it appears cloudy, check your BAC water is sterile and at room temperature.
Label and store
Label the vial with the reconstitution date and concentration. Store lyophilised at −20 °C, protect from light. Reconstituted: 4 °C, use within 28 days. Use within the recommended timeframe to ensure maximum peptide integrity.
Concentration Reference Table
| BAC Water Added | Concentration (mcg/mL) | mg/mL |
|---|---|---|
| 1 mL | 70000 mcg/mL | 70.0 mg/mL |
| 5.0 mL (recommended) | 14000 mcg/mL | 14.0 mg/mL |
| 10.0 mL | 7000 mcg/mL | 7.00 mg/mL |
